Our Company:
Polysentry was launched in August 2018. Our offices are in San Francisco and Washington D.C and we are now expanding to Krakow. We’re already a profitable startup and currently servicing customers in more than 8 countries across numerous industries including energy, hospitality, manufacturing, and military.
The Role:
We’re looking for a savvy UX designer to help us build our new real time intelligence platform to best in class. You’ll work in a small, agile team developing features from conception to release, ensuring they solve user problems effectively. Success will mean hitting quarterly product metrics as a team.
Responsibilities:
- Design complete UX solutions and real-time interfaces for helping security analysts better understand and stay updated on massive volumes of incoming data.
- Conduct research to identify and document user goals.
- Collaborate with our business and development teams to reach optimal design solutions.
- Enhance and maintain our design system.
- Ensure design requirements are being met, before and after implementation.
- Be the first UX Designer in our new Krakow office and possibly establish and grow a local team.
Our Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Invision, or other prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options.
- BA/BSc in a relevant field.
- Fluent English.
